Edelberto Diaz – of ArkiStudio – Green Living, Inc., uses the services of ArkiStudio, led by architects Diaz and Galiano. ArkiStudio has designed architecture in Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Panama. Within their portfolio of projects include the Iberostar Hotel/Resort complexes (IberoStar Barlovento, IberoStar Trinidad, IberoStar Varadero, and IberoStar Daiquiri) and ApartHotel Montehabana on the island of Cuba, and Punta Salinas Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic. In 1994 Mr. Diaz and Galiano collaborated in the founding of CECAT, a Latin American organization devoted to the study of Bio-climatic Architecture, Environmental Technologies and Sustainable Development.

Green Living, Inc., develops strategic and investment-based partnerships with individuals and institutions from around the world on a project-by-project basis. Partnerships are formed around personal referrals only and include individual as well as institutional investors. Existing partners on current projects represent a combined asset base in excess of a billion dollars.
