Green Living, Inc., is a Panamanian company, founded by Jorge E. Campa and Edgar Veytia.

Jorge E. Campa, C.E.O. – Cuban-American, CPA with over ten years of experience in the field of real estate development as C.F.O. for Development Properties of Florida and now as C.E.O. of Green Living, Inc.

Edgar Veytia, President – Cuban-American, International entrepreneur, former C.E.O. of a public company subsidiary, with more than 20 years of experience across Latin America, North America and Asia.

Edelberto Diaz – of ArkiStudio – Green Living, Inc., uses the services of ArkiStudio, led by architects Diaz and Galiano. ArkiStudio has designed architecture in Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Panama. Within their portfolio of projects include the Iberostar Hotel/Resort complexes (IberoStar Barlovento, IberoStar Trinidad, IberoStar Varadero, and IberoStar Daiquiri) and ApartHotel Montehabana on the island of Cuba, and Punta Salinas Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic. In 1994 Mr. Diaz and Galiano collaborated in the founding of CECAT, a Latin American organization devoted to the study of Bio-climatic Architecture, Environmental Technologies and Sustainable Development.

Christoph Kapeller, AIA – Green Living, Inc., utilizes the services of Christoph Kapeller, AIA, architect and builder of the renowned Bibliotheca Alexandrina as our LEED expert for certification matters as well as urban design and planning.

Rolando Guevara, Esq. – Green Living, Inc., utilizes the legal services of Rosas y Rosas, LLC., one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in Panama. Principal attorney is Rolando Guevara, Esq., former Ambassador of Panama to the European Community in Brussels.

Green Living, Inc., develops strategic and investment-based partnerships with individuals and institutions from around the world on a project-by-project basis. Partnerships are formed around personal referrals only and include individual as well as institutional investors. Existing partners on current projects represent a combined asset base in excess of a billion dollars.

Green Living, Inc., provides audited financial statements to each partner group. All accounting services are provided by Baker Tilley, Panama. Principal partner is Gabriel Holness.

Green Living Inc., is an active member of the United States Green Building Council. The USGBC is a non-profit organization committed to expanding sustainable building practices. USGBC is composed of more than 12,000 organizations from across the building industry that are working to advance structures that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work.
